What we do

And why we want to talk to you

For nearly 60 years, Jessup Manufacturing’s sweet spot is engineering and manufacturing adhesive coated films, non-slip tapes, photoluminescent materials, graphics media, and other specialty products. Our customers are primarily original equipment manufacturers (OEM) that use the custom materials in finished goods and large enterprises that choose us to make products for private label sale. Jessup has a wide range of custom converting capabilities, including slitting, rewinding, die-cutting, sheeting, kitting, and custom packaging. Our Solve + Make™ development process provides you fast, focused product development and an ample, high quality supply of material for your use.

We thrive on long-term relationships we build with our Solve + Make™ customers. From concept to prototype to production and export worldwide, your project is our motivation.

How we do it

Our Solve + Make™ process

Our goal is to make it easier for you to build products and bring them to market faster. We follow a six step process to ensure that we engineer the best product for your application and provide you with all the support you need.

1. Discovery

The Jessup team begins each project with discovery of your business practices, products, needs and objectives.

2. Design

Using our expertise in adhesives, substrates, and performance, we design your product to your specifications. We provide samples for approval and full details on options, lead time and cost.

3. Testing + Certification

We test the product in the laboratory and let you test it in your production run. We ensure compliance and obtain certifications as you require.

4. Adhesive Coating

After sourcing all component materials—or using unique materials you supply us—we produce your product to the highest quality standards.

5. Converting + Packaging

Master rolls are slit and die-cut into the final dimensions. We label, bar-code, pack, and pallet.

6. Storing + Shipping

We can store your finished product until you need it and ship it anywhere in the world. Your sales forecast and production schedule start the process over again.
