Manufacturing Names Gandhi Senior Vice President Operations

McHenry, IL, July 11, 2007 – Jessup
Manufacturing Company announced today that Kiran M. Gandhi has been
appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president
operations.
In his new role at Jessup, Gandhi
will be responsible for all manufacturing process, product engineering,
quality control, research and development, and related functions
at Jessup’s McHenry and Lake Bluff facilities. Jessup
is North America’s leading manufacturer of non-slip and photoluminescent
technology.
“Kiran’s role is
extremely important as Jessup continues to grow, explore new technologies
and improve production efficiencies to serve our customers,” said
Rob Jessup, president. “I am confident that his skills
will enable him to help us achieve our vision of Operational Excellence.”
Gandhi, who will join the company
on July 16, has more than 20 years of experience in operations management,
strategic planning and business development as a consultant and corporate
executive. Gandhi managed his own consulting practice before
joining Jessup, and prior to that was a management consultant with
Blackman Kallick Bartelstein, LLP. Earlier in his career he
held a variety of executive positions, including chief operating
officer, with plastics manufacturing and retail display fixtures
companies.

Gandhi earned a masters
of science degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Management
Information Systems from Lehigh University following completion
of his undergraduate education at Shivaji University in India.
